Garage Door Doctor is a family-run business founded by myself, Ben and my wife Leanne. With a background in home, garage, and double glazing repairs, we wanted to create a business that provided our local community with a comprehensive approach to home and garage door repairs, with top-quality work at a reasonable price.
We have since expanded our team and currently operate out of eight branches across The Midlands, and we are still growing. However, our core values remain the same, and we continue to provide personalised and attentive small business care to every job, ensuring your garage stays dry and secure all year round.

Meet our Key Team
Ben
Founder
Ben is the Big Cheese at Garage Door Doctor, starting the business in 2004. If there’s something he doesn’t know about garage doors, it’s not worth knowing.
Leanne
Office Manager
Leanne founded the business with Ben. None of the lads will admit it, but she is really the big boss, keeping everyone in check as well as managing all back-office functions, including accounts and administration.
Troy
Office Helper
Troy was very particular about the title of Office Helper and we really believe he thinks he’s helping, but instead he just keeps us on our toes.
Rory
Senior Engineer
Rory has been with us since 2018 and works across all areas of the business. He’s the muscle man of the team and when he’s not on site, he’s pumping up those massive bi-ceps in the gym.
Glenn
Engineer
Glenn specialises in all types of garage repair and installation. He plays rugby for the local team and when he’s not on the pitch, he loves family holidays and spending time with his 2 children. Glenn works hard, but plays harder!
Joshua
Apprentice
Joshua is our third year Apprentice Garage Technician. He’s a fast learner with a great attitude and work ethic. When he’s not on the tools, Josh loves sport, church and he plays rugby for the local team.
